01 — Our story
Two Keys was started in Egham with a simple idea: do the job properly, charge what's fair, pick up the phone when it rings.
We're a small outfit — just the two of us — covering Surrey and the western edge of Greater London. Most of our work is residential: lock changes, lockouts, security upgrades, key cutting. We also work with local estate agents and property managers on tenancy turnovers and emergency call-outs.
We're members of the UK Locksmiths Association, DBS-checked and fully insured. The van's sign-written, the uniform is clean, and the lock that goes in your door is one we'd be happy to put in our own.
02 — How we work
If we don't answer the first ring, we'll call back inside ten minutes. Nobody likes leaving a voicemail and waiting an hour.
A straight number on the phone — including any out-of-hours premium — before we leave the house. No "call-out fee" surprises.
Most lockouts can be solved non-destructively. If we can pick it open, we will — your existing lock often goes back in for free.
If your existing nightlatch is fine, we'll tell you. We'd rather you call us back next time than oversell you today.
