Coverage · GU25
Virginia Water (GU25) is ten minutes south of our Egham base along the A30 — much of our daily route runs through the village and the Wentworth Estate's perimeter.

02 — Local context
Housing stock. Wentworth-area properties typically sit on large plots with substantial timber front doors and heavy-duty 5-lever British Standard mortices, often paired with Banham nightlatches. Beyond the estate, the GU25 stock ranges from substantial 1930s detached homes along Christchurch Road to newer gated developments. High-spec euro cylinders (Mul-T-Lock, ABS, Avocet ABS 3-star) are common on the newer builds.
What we see locally. We see a lot of insurance-spec upgrades here — British Standard BS3621 mortices, anti-snap high-security cylinders — driven by policy wording on higher-value homes. We'll quote like-for-like or an upgrade path, whichever suits.
Getting to you. GU25 is a regular run for us — if you're inside the village or on the Wentworth perimeter roads, response time is usually 15–25 minutes.
