In our daytime catchment area we're typically with you in 30 to 60 minutes. Out-of-hours and at weekends, we'll give you a straight ETA on the phone before we leave.

Will you have to drill my lock?

Most front and back doors can be opened non-destructively. We try the picks and bypass tools first; drilling is a last resort and we'll explain it before we do anything. If we open it cleanly, your existing lock often goes straight back in.

Do you charge a call-out fee?

We quote a single fixed price on the phone — no separate call-out fee. Out-of-hours, weekends and bank holidays carry a different rate; we'll tell you the number before we set off.

My door's been forced — can you secure it tonight?

Yes. We carry boarding-up materials and replacement cylinders in the van. We'll get the property secure and recommend follow-up work for the morning.
